Discover the prefabricated houses

Made of wood, elastic and resistant material able to absorb the seismic stresses of strong earthquakes. Safe even in case of fire because the wood used undergoes special fireproof treatments and is thus able to withstand fire for hours without structural failure. Other advantages of prefabricated houses: greater living space, quicker construction, low energy consumption. Prefabricated houses have excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and minimal CO2 emissions. Being low energy consumption houses they use less than 40 kwh/ m2 per year for heating (3 litres of diesel oil/m2 per year).

How does the assembly work take place?

The assembly of a prefabricated house is very simple and fast. It starts with the construction of the concrete base in the classic way. The outer walls and other components are made-to-measure in the factory, then they are transported to the construction site and laid with the crane. The prefabricated walls are built with an insulated cavity where the pipes of the hydraulic and electrical system are pre-inserted. Upon request it is possible to leave this cavity open so that special or customised systems can be built on site at a later date.

Once the walls have been assembled, their internal joints are processed with a special tape. After assembly the plaster is applied, the PVC screens are laid and the facade is painted in the colour chosen by the buyer. Ecological prefabricated houses are sold ready to install tiles, flooring, sanitary ware and electrical accessories.
